Mini Active Carbon Filter Housing Fits 40mm Exhaust Fan. Tools Required: 1. 3D Printer 2. Scrubber Pad / Scotchbright Pad 3. Hot Glue Gun 4. 2 Tbsp Active Carbon (Coffee Ground Size) 5. 40mm Exhaust Fan 6. Scissors Instructions Step 1: Print the Housing Assembly. Step 2: Cut Two Pcs of Scrubber Pad to Fit Head and Cap of Housing. Step 3: Glue Edges of One Pad to Inside of Head Housing. Step 4: Fill Head Housing with 2 Tbsp Active Carbon. Step 5: Glue Edges of One Pad to Inside of Cap Housing. Step 6: While Glue on Cap is Still Hot, Press Housing Together Until Cool. Step 7: Place 1 or 2 Drops of Hot Glue into Mounting Hole on Head Side. Step 8: Attach Fan to Head Side by Placing in Studs.
