Mini 4 slot - Micro SD Card Holder

I had too many failed prints of bgill's "Micro SD Card Holder" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1289250) that I decided to plane cut the model in Meshmixer to just 4 slots for a quick print so I could scale the model to correctly fit micro sd cards. At 110% of original size, I was still getting stuck cards. However, at 115% of original size, I finally achieved smooth action with the cards going in and out. I printed the model using PLA filament, a temperature of 208 degrees Celsius, a layer thickness of 0.2mm, and a nozzle diameter of 0.4mm on my Printrbot Simple Metal printer. The result is a nice little desk holder that fits perfectly. Here are my print settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafting: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill Density: 18% Notes: Rotate the model so the slots are on top. Keep scaling the model until micro sd cards fit snugly in it. The outer slots may have an easier fit due to the flexibility of their thin walls and fewer shells on one side, but focus on calibrating the inner two slots for a smooth experience. Changing filament can affect flow rate and final fit.
