Mingda D2 upgrade fan

VERSIONE ITALIANA SOTTO -------------------------------- This is an upgrade for the Mingda D2 printer. I've created the support for the two fans of the hot end. I've decided to build it because the printing quality wasn't always so good for thin parts. The overall cost is 22€ but you can do it for 12€ if you choose not to change the fan of the hotend. Indeed, the support can be used also with the defaults funs. Ho deciso di fare questo upgrade perché per stampe di oggetti molto sottili in altezza, quindi lungo z, la stampa spesso non veniva bene proprio perché iniziava a depositare il materiale prima ancora che lo strato successivo si fosse raffreddato.
