So I noticed on a tall print that the filament sensor could get in the way and also the angle of the filament was at a hard angle so i made one that could pivot a little and see if it makes a difference.. its a simple design and the 2 holes for the sensor to screw in to are threaded as is the main large hole on the back so it can pivot freely. don't tighten to tight as they can strip easily but should work for this design for a long time... so #3 is 3.5mm shorter then the #2 and all though I haven't tested it but i believe it should allow more movement due to the wire length not being stretched as much. this will make the 5mm bolt hole closer to the 2040 extrusion also. you will need 2- 3mm X14mm screws and also a 5mm by i believe it was 12mm for the thing to go back together. if you see a issue then let me know ill fix asap i do plan to make it a bearing on the center part and also optimize the height for the wiring and counter sink the holes but needed something for the mean time..
