Germany’s Minenräumer (Vs.Kfz. 617) was a World War II prototype minesweeper. The big wheels are the front and are used to just drive over mines. Apparently it was not very effective in its job, but hey - it looks really cool! The model is in 1/100 (15mm) scale, compatible with games like Flames of War. If you want to use it with 28mm miniatures (1/56, games like Bolt Action) scale the model to 178.57% Use either the full or flat-ish model - they are both the same, but the one in parts is easier to print on a FDM printer. You still want supports for it tho as it is not 100% flat.
