I recently printed a similar design to this, but it was a single print design that failed miserably when I tried to assemble it afterwards, as all of its joints snapped in mid-air due to their flimsy construction. So I started from scratch and designed this one with assembly in mind. After some post-printing tweaking, the parts click together seamlessly, forming a sturdy whole. Note that supports are only required for the body section, not anywhere else, although some slicers may insist on adding them to the nose area, which is completely unnecessary. Files: I've included both a full print STL with all parts in one go and separate files for each component. Since the left and right arms and legs are identical, you can print two of each if you prefer to build it that way.
