However I designed this for a kid so I still used epoxy glue for maximum strength. Every assembly is definitive you can't go back without braking something, be very careful. 1) Assemble the 2 main parts of the handle ![2_glue-stick.overlay](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/82/e5/20/23/ee/large_display_02_glue-stick.overlay.png "Fixing stick parts") 2) Assemble the handle to the core ![03_glue-joint.overlay](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/06/ca/8e/f3/bc/large_display_03_glue-joint.overlay.png "Fixing stick to head") 3) Assemble the first part of the head to the core ![04_glue-blade-1.overlay](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/eb/c5/f5/90/75/large_display_04_glue-blade-1.overlay.png "Fixing first part of the head") 4) Assemble the second part of the head to the core ![05_glue-blade-2.overlay](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/80/83/5d/4d/b6/large_display_05_glue-blade-2.overlay.png "Fixing second part of the head") 5) Assemble the tip of the handle ![06_glue-tip.overlay](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/f7/0c/dc/b9/d8/large_display_06_glue-tip.overlay.png "Fixing tip of the stick") 6) Assemble caps on the handle Glue is not required but its better to add a drop of glue to avoid clicking sound due to gaps around the caps. However here again when caps are in place they will be very hard to remove even without glue. ![07_caps-stick](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/08/63/f1/a4/df/large_display_07_caps-stick.png "Assemble caps on handle") 7) Assemble caps on the head ![08_caps-blade](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/11/cc/f9/cc/93/large_display_08_caps-blade.png "Assemble caps on head") ### Source The source code is a scad file: [agentscad/tree/master/things/minecraft/pickaxe/pickaxe.scad](https://github.com/GillesBouissac/agentscad/tree/master/things/minecraft/pickaxe) Before opening the file you need to install the [Basic Prerequisites](https://github.com/GillesBouissac/agentscad/wiki/Prerequisites) of my library. Mine rocks were designed using Blender, source file attached.
