My kids asked me to print various helmets for their new Minecraft action figures from the toy store, so I reverse-engineered the original helmet that came with one of the action figures. I printed them in three colors and noticed that for some PLA colors which I had on hand, the hole needs to be a bit smaller, otherwise the helmet is too loose. Print 17.7mm first, and if it's still too loose, try the 17.5mm version. If you need other dimensions, let me know and I'll give it a shot. Print Settings Printer: Tantillus Rafts: No Supports: No
