Minecraft Ghast Lamp - Batten Fix

After seeing Voltrage's Minecraft Ghast light, I knew that my 5-year-old son's bedroom absolutely had to feature one hanging from the ceiling. Fortunately, we hadn't yet installed a fancy light in his room, so there was a standard old-style batten fix light fitting in place. I modified Voltrage's original design so that the mount is positioned on the "scalp" of the head rather than the feet. I also reinforced the area to ensure the batten fix can be securely fastened without cracking plastic. In addition, I made several changes to his design to enhance strength during and after printing, and to avoid parts of the print process that create unsightly corners (such as hard 90-degree edges). Furthermore, I left the bottoms of the feet open and added a few small holes in the top to provide some heat relief for the light. To convert it into a hanging batten fix light, I used a generic batten fix extender like this one, which is widely available at most hardware stores and household lighting retailers: https://www.beaconlighting.com.au/darly-diy-batten-fix-suspension-cord-in-white In my enthusiasm for installing it in his room while he was away at the movies, I forgot to include the inserts for the eyes and ears.
