WAIT! WAIT! I know what you're thinking: I'm stuck with a single extruder. Well, let me prove you wrong; I made this incredible model using only one extruder! My son wanted to thank the kids who came to his birthday party, so he asked if I could create something special for them. Being a huge Minecraft fan, I knew exactly what to do. I experimented with the "pause height" function in the past, but since I now own a dual extrusion printer, I never took the time to master it. However, not everyone has access to this feature, so I used the "pause at height" function for this project instead. Personally, I use two slicers: Simplify 3D and Cura 2.3.1. If you're curious about how the "pause at height" function works, check out these videos: Cura 2.3.1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OG2adhJgkgI Simplify 3D: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygbcQ1clvJI and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lT7d3UgDjvA
