Minecraft Builders & Biomes is an absolute delight! Nevertheless, it has one major drawback: an excessive number of tiles, and NO INSERT WHATSOEVER! This oversight drove me utterly mad. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed a custom solution. To make it visually appealing, I incorporated the actual wood pattern from oak trees in the game onto the sides of the tray. However, this added detail significantly increases print time, so I've also included a blank version for those who prefer it that way. There's one major issue with this design: it simply won't fit snugly inside the box. Even without the manual, this case is roughly 4mm too tall (the depth inside the box measures 75mm, while this tile tray with lid stands at 79mm). Alas, the only viable solution would be to thin the top and bottom walls to a mere 1mm each, which I'm not willing to do. Consequently, this design may need to be used as a shelf piece separate from the game box. Still, it's infinitely better than having those tiles scattered all over the place, getting battered and bruised in the process! I must say that I'm absolutely thrilled with how this print turned out! Everything fits together perfectly; the tiles nestle snugly into the base, leaving only a tiny bit of wiggle room. The top slides effortlessly onto the base, and I might consider retooling it to bevel the edges for an even smoother finish – maybe someday. As luck would have it, this print doesn't require any supports whatsoever! When printing the lid, simply orient it upside down with the flat side facing the base. I personally printed with a raft due to ongoing warping issues, but that's likely more of a problem with my printer or the room where I do my printing.
