Minarelli TPR 86ccm Case Cutter

This is a cheap version of a case cutter. Like shown in several videos on Youtube there are casecutters available to buy. I wanted to see if its possible to do it only with cheap tools and 3d printer. I bought bearings on amazon for this. 6904ZZ Z2 (8€ for 2) But there might be better solutions. Mine had quite some play in them. I ordered a 20mm Rod (ground surface) lenght 220 and a 40mm rod (any surface finish works) length 50mm. I think they cost arround 10-15€ I also ordered a set of boring tools for the lathe. Used the smallest one and cut it to fit inside the case. (24€) Drilled a few holes and build the tool you can see. To be honest, i am not sure if this is easy doable without a lathe. I have one. And to be even more honest, I think you could go cheaper with a case cutter like mentioned in 49ccScoot´s video (Youtube). BUT it was fun anyway and worked quite ok.
