MimicBrick - Embarkment Kit - Archway Dungeon Door & Hinge Set - Brick001
thingiverse
***August 2021 Update to the Embarkment Kit - A size change was made to better work with more standard sized interlocking brick systems, including a wider variety of walls and floors. This functional door model includes the door and hinge pillar set (sans door header: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4939314), and each of the three pieces individually. The door header is to be paired with this set but can also be an open, no door option that spans 6 studs between walls. Pillars are to be printed upright and the door is to be printed on its edge with hinge pegs facing up for no supports. The hinge pillar does have two small supports that are to be removed. For more info, scroll down to the post-printing. Calibrating: We recommend using flow to calibrate. Both the top pegs and bottom cavities should work with LEGO and other major brand interlocking brick systems. Too tight: Reduce flow Too loose: Increase flow Top loose but bottom tight: Make sure you are level. If you are, increase flow for the top and reduce the initial layer horizontal expansion (used to reduce elephant's foot). The Embarkment Kit is the first of many anticipated kits and modular pieces to expand your ability to create and tabletop game! Want to support us and get early access to premium models?
