Milwaukee's M18 Jigsaw falls short without a dust blower and LED work light. The blade consistently scatters dust everywhere, including directly onto the cut-line, making it extremely challenging to work effectively. Multiple breaks are often necessary to clean the area to be cut. Upon examining the jigsaw's back where the battery is housed, I noticed an unused hole that doesn't correspond to any available parts for the saw. It seemed like a prime location to attach either a blower or vacuum attachment. So, I created this design and successfully tested it with my shop vac/dust collector – it works flawlessly! This keeps the cutting surface clear of dust. This design is still in development; eventually, I aim to make the angled portion adjustable so the hose can twist freely in any direction.
