To make this you need two spade connectors. I crimp them onto the wire and afterwards solder them. Also i press them flat to fit into the connector mount. To mount the connector you need two M3 square nuts and two M3x10 screws. The M18 adapter is cutted in two pieces for it to be printable. Two connect these pieces i have used 2,9x16 screws. But M3x16 would be fine. The Heat Gun has built in low voltage disconnect. However it is a bit too low. I measured it to be at around 13,5 volts which is 2,7V pr. cell.I have used automatic painting for support. 4 perimeters and printed in PETG. The two photos with a red base is the original part i have modified. I have used a Prusa Mini+ modified with a Bondtech LGX Lite v2 extruder. Much more control and refined extrusion :)  Note: Maybe it also works with Bauer as it looks identical to the Mitsutomo which is just the danish Harald Nyborg white label. I haven't tested the Bauer.
