This is a cover/cap for the Milwaukee m18 fuel quik-lok attachments to prevent dirt/dust/water from getting into the attachment gearing. Note that this is for the ATTACHMENT side. I may design a cover for the motor end when I have time. At 100% scale, this should be a VERY tight fit, I lightly sanded the inside to make a good snug fit while still being easy to take on/off. Inside diameter is 25.2mm at 100% scale.
