I never use the tool belt clip on my drills as I'm usually at a workbench. However, I did want a bit holder for each drill. There are official Milwaukee holders for sale as well as lots of 3d printed on Etsy. This works best for my purposes. It locks in by snapping in the hole in the clip and over the clip's attaching screw. The bit holes are friction fit and work for me. Different materials may have different shrinkage. (I printed in PETG) Verify dimensions for your purposes. I work in Rhino and I've included a .obj file in case that makes it easier should anyone want to alter it.
