Milwaukee M12 Battery Cap
thingiverse
Cap for Milwaukee M12 Battery After printing the cap, it's best to immediately insert the battery into it while it's still warm to ensure a tight fit. If the battery has cooled down, use a heat gun to carefully warm the area - it doesn't take much heat - and then insert the battery into the cap several times, reheating the cap as needed. If the latch or clip arms don't line up correctly with the base tabs, you can soften them slightly and twist them into place, then tap them in for better contact with the base tabs. Be cautious not to overheat the area. The SCAD file contains incomplete models of the battery and base. For example, the interface tabs between the base and battery are still being developed, and the base doesn't match the handle profile of a typical tool.
