Milwaukee M12 battery 12V/24V power supply

<p>I'm working with 12V and 24V vehicles where I have to test single components. because I have a 12V Milwaukee M12 battery powered drill. I designed this handy power supply.</p><p>Both parts can be printed without supports.</p><p>Additional hardware:</p><ul><li>3x M4x16 hex bolt</li><li>6x M4 hex nut</li><li>3x M4 ring</li><li>7x dual male spade connector (<a href="https://nl.rs-online.com/web/p/spade-connectors/7187927">example</a>)</li></ul><p>Build instructions:</p><ul><li>print out the 2 parts</li><li>fold open one side of the 7 dual spade connectors</li><li>cut of one side of 3 connectors</li><li>drill out the small hole on the flattened spade of the other 3 connectors to 4mm</li><li>place 3 M4 nuts in the 3 hex holes on the bottom of the top part</li><li>place the 4 drilled out connectors true the slots and with the hole over the nuts</li><li>put in the 3 M4 bolts. tighten them and make sure the hex head is in de correct orientation</li><li>flip the part over and put on the 3 cut down connectors, 3 M4 rings and 3 M4 nuts</li><li>when tightening the nuts make sure the bold head doesn't rotate</li><li>put on the bottom plate (use glue in necessary)</li></ul><p>Put in 1 or 2 battery's and your good to go</p>
