The Milwaukee Cordless ratchet is a great tool but the knob to change directions is recessed and hard to turn. It's doable with bare fingers but difficult with gloves on. This knob makes it very easy and if it gets in the way its easy to pop off. It's held to the tool with 4 6x3mm magnets that need to be glued in after printing.
