I adore my Milsig CQC. One thing that has always been on my mind is a lok-bolt, and I wish it had one. Unfortunately, since the idea is patented, and I don't see milsig teaming up with Rap4 to create one anytime soon, I highly doubt we will ever see a commercially available version. Also, The M17 was built as it is. Integrating something like a lok-bolt into something not designed for it would require significant modifications.
