Milner Pattern Laser Rifle
myminifactory
28mm Scale Model for War Gaming. The Milner Pattern Laser Rifle is a weapon that can be easily replicated, featuring an action inspired by the M-35. This results in similar power output and the ability to share battery packs with other lasrifles. Designed for a planet rich in lumber but limited in mass production facilities, the Milner pattern was created for machinists who lack the support of an entire forge world. The laser action and barrel are commonly imported, while the rest of the rifle is crafted by local artisans. This is a heavier version of the standard Milner Pattern Laser Rifle, engineered to accept stronger battery packs. Used by farmers, hunters, and imperial guardsmen from near-feral worlds, this firearm showcases its durability in harsh environments. Its design draws inspiration from a Lee Enfield SMLE scaled up to 1/56, with some artistic liberties taken. Similar to a Galvanic Rifle, this rifle is based on an older design, featuring wood furniture crafted by skilled tradesmen and fitted with imported laser components.
