28mm scale model for war gaming purposes. This replica firearm boasts similar dimensions to the Tau pulse rifle, but transplanted onto the iconic Lee Enfield framework. Measuring 30mm in length and 1.5mm in width, this scaled-up version is perfectly suited for Heroic scale characters, offering a more substantial presence on the battlefield than traditional 1:56 scale models. To better accommodate Warhammer 40k's epic scope, I revised the original design, which had proven too diminutive for the grim darkness of the far future. The result is a heavier, more robust version of the Milner Pattern Laser Rifle, capable of housing multiple battery packs and harnessing their collective energy. Embracing its rugged, battle-hardened heritage, this rifle is now wielded by seasoned guardsmen from feral worlds, who demand only the most reliable and potent firepower to survive in a hostile universe. Inspired by the Galvanic Rifle's utilitarian design ethos, this firearm is built around sturdy wood furniture crafted by skilled tradesmen, with imported laser components seamlessly integrated into its rugged framework.
