Prehistoric carved boulder situated near Millstone Burn on Longframlington Common, Northumberland. The 'Millstone Burn 2e' boulder is documented within the Beckensall Archive (BA) and entered into ERA by NADRAP in 2008. Both archives describe seven distinct cups. The model indicates that the carvers may have utilized natural raised areas to create at least two of these cups. Through virtual light, these cups appear to be encircled by irregular partial rings. One of the "rings" might have been augmented. ERA & BA record: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=537 The model was created from 5 stereo pairs captured by Dave Tuck and David Jones (NADRAP) in October 2006. The imagery forms part of the complete NADRAP archive deposited with Historic England & Northumberland County Council.
