Millright Dust Shoe Retainers

These twist lock retainers hold the dust shoe securely on the Millright Mega V, preventing twisting and eliminating the need for magnets to attach it to the mounting plate. Mark the center line of the dust shoe first, then position these parts to locate the hole that needs to be drilled. I used 6mm machine screws, so the parts are designed for this diameter. The top twist locks have a small chamfer facing the router and require 5mm machine screws. Tighten the yellow shoe mounting plate most of the way first, leaving just enough slack to slide it over the end of the router. If not pre-tensioned, the printed parts will be stretched and may break. *edit - I made a change to the right dust shoe retainer, making it thinner where it interfaces with the yellow metal collar.
