A millinery hat block is crucial for creating custom hats; it forms the foundation for all handmade designs. After printing, a steamed velour hat body is shaped over the block and left to dry, retaining its new form. Recent updates have combined brim and crown blocks onto one printable template while adding reinforcement to the top's depression. As this is my first OpenSCAD project and I lack hands-on experience with a MakerBot, I eagerly welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvement.
