Millennium Puzzle - Yu-Gi-Oh!
thingiverse
I crafted Yugi's Millennium Puzzle especially for my son, although it may not be flawless, the printed appearance looks excellent so far. To give it a smooth finish, I'm currently using marine epoxy filler - a thick, yet versatile substance that helps seal imperfections and fills gaps - then, of course, sanding to achieve an even surface before adding the paint. The eye is sure to sparkle when surrounded by glowing in the dark paint; this eerie effect will also bring the cracks to life. Stay tuned for updates once my creation is complete.\n\n \n \n Tips and Precautions To recreate Yugi's Millennium Puzzle with ease, start by employing 1.75 ABS black filaments - these high-quality plastics are specifically designed for FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing processes. Then consider the height of your puzzle piece, using a model around 2mm tall will allow it to be thick yet lightweight at the same time; printing fast with 25% fill density helps achieve quick build times without compromising on overall strength and quality, as long as you select materials wisely; lastly, incorporating low-density supports into your print settings enables easy removal of support material.
