To ensure precise printing, I split the design into three sections - top and bottom with stepped edges for better control on my printer. A middle portion was added with a hole to conserve plastic usage. Assemble by attaching each part (top, middle, and bottom) using glue; optional sound effects from Star Wars are encouraged.
