Millennium Falcon (Mountable)

You've never heard of the Millennium Falcon? It's the iconic ship that shattered records by completing the Kessel Run in under twelve parsecs. Or as Luke Skywalker so aptly put it, "What an utterly decrepit piece of space junk!" This is another incredible mixed-media project I successfully completed using cutting-edge 3D printing techniques, laser engraving mastery, and a dash of traditional woodworking skills. The base file was a skillfully modified version of Glitch's Millennium Falcon. The legendary ship has been expertly reimagined to lay perfectly flush with the board, making it effortless to secure via adhesive. The vector file I used to program my laser engraver was meticulously crafted in Inkscape, and I've included it as a .svg file for your convenience. This project was printed using high-quality Hatchbox woodfill material, paired with beautifully grained maple boards on the sign, creating an organic look that's simply stunning together.
