Millennium Blades Complete Organizer

This innovative organization system utilizes removable trays that effortlessly slide in and out of the container to significantly reduce setup and cleaning time. The comprehensive collection consists of 129 distinct sets, comprising a total of 1,395 individual cards (excluding pro tour). These sets include Millennium Blades Core, Set Rotation, and Mini expansions #1-6. Please note that I do not have the "Game of the Millennium" Upgrade Pack alternate card art, which means it is not included in the errata insert. This project might be an overkill solution, as it requires approximately 1 kg of filament and at least 70 hours of total print time. The overall weight of the core box with the organizer is at least 5 kg, while the set rotation weighs around 0.957 kg. To enhance visibility, the trays are extended by 1 cm above the original bottom lid height, allowing for clear set labels that can be written using a sharpie. I acquired 1600 LaTCG mediocre quality penny sleeves from Ebay, which provide almost no extra vertical coverage but fit perfectly for my needs due to their affordability. If you use different sleeves or opt for none at all, this design may not function optimally as-is. For accurate card count, please refer to the table below, as some sets have 1 or 2 extra cards that affect the required size (you could adjust your tolerances and ignore these differences if needed). |Name|# Cards|# Sets|Total Cards| |-|-|-|-| |Bronze|6|18|108| |Silver|6|18|108| |Gold_1|6|11|66| |Gold_2|7|1|7| |Gold_3|8|1|8| |Coop_Boss_1|13|3|39| |Coop_Boss_2|14|1|14| |Characters|13|14|182| |Meta|6|2|12| |Errata|16|1|16| |Core|167|1|167| |Expansion_1|12|13|156| |Expansion_2|13|4|52| |Premium_1|12|12|144| |Premium_2|13|1|13| |Master_1|12|13|156| |Master_2|13|3|39| |Starters|9|12|108| |Total|x|129|1395| This is my first and likely only iteration of this system, so the overall layout, filament usage, and post-processing requirements may not be optimal. If you are serious about printing this, consider making adjustments to fit your needs. You might want to create inserts for each set type and have different dividers for individual sets or slightly reduce the tray backing from 1mm. Additionally, the set rotation player boxes were mostly experimental, so I did not make a plus token tray. A lidded box would be a good idea.
