I made a swift repair to the web, hoping to rectify some of the non-manifold areas that were causing issues. The fix may or may result in a print that's worth using, although it did sacrifice some detail in the process, leading to a slightly rougher finish. On the plus side, it should now be possible to print the entire piece in one go without any assembly required.
