milk juice jug cap water trap
thingiverse
This miniature water trap can be screwed onto an apple cider jug to ferment hard cider. It also comes in a version that fits snugly on top of a milk bottle. Printing it with food-grade materials is highly recommended. Assembling the "straw" component into the teardrop-shaped opening in the cap is crucial. Many printers overextrude material, so there's a 0.2mm gap between the hole and the straw to account for this issue. The straw should press-fit into the hole, but if necessary, gluing can be done. It's best to print both pieces upside down to minimize support material inside the straw. A raft-type build plate adhesion may be required for the straw piece, while no support material or raft is needed for the cap.
