....here we have a baking section for our food distribution machine: we bake so-called milk bread there.this is a type of japanese white bread that used to be available in germany.the milk bread line consists of a filling position with a device, where we first mix the ingredients for making the milk bread, knead and then roll out the finished dough thinly using a roller insert.the dough is filled into the milk bread baking pan as a folded dough.the seven remaining positions are the actual baking section: here the filled milk bread runs as a dough through a heating oven, very slowly through steam and is baked in the process.at the end, the fully baked milk bread is removed from the baking pan - transferred - and freshly cut into slices with a knife device.due to the size of the working memory, i can only show it schematically, fragmented, so to speak - the whole thing in parts only. it is not possible for me to show all groups with their individual parts here.step, igs, stl
