This is a reimagining of the Locking Cap from peaberry.\r\nI've redesigned it to fit onto a tetra pak, adding a nice knurled handle for improved grip.\r\n\r\nYou'll need:\r\n* one M3-Nut (inserted while printing the top part)\r\n* one M3-Screw (cap head M3x6 or M3x8 should work)\r\n* Adhesive (I used JB Weld, but feel free to choose your preferred brand)\r\n* the original plastic cap that came with the tetra pak\r\n* two nails (2mm thick for added durability)\r\n\r\nAssembly Instructions:\r\n1. Insert the middle part into the lower part, ensuring a smooth fit.\r\n2. Screw the lower part and top part together, making sure they spin freely.\r\n3. Apply adhesive to the lower part and insert the original plastic cap, taking care not to overfill.\r\n4. Verify that the top part still moves freely; if necessary, spin it regularly while the adhesive dries.\r\n5. Cut the pointy ends of the nails and sand down any excess ridges for a smooth finish.\r\n6. Insert the nails into the handle, making sure they're securely seated.\r\n7. Trim the excess length of the nails, leaving a snug fit in the handle.\r\n8. Apply adhesive to secure the nails in the handle, ensuring a sturdy grip.
