I created this design specifically for my friend, who plans to use it at NYCC for her cosplay. Utilizing Fusion 360, I worked on my first model. To make printing more efficient, I split the guard in two pieces, allowing each sai to be printed separately. You may need to smooth out the areas where they connect using sandpaper. UPDATE: After making some adjustments, I've simplified the design so that the guard is now a single piece. Additionally, I increased the clearance around the handle peg to reduce the need for sanding.
