I printed the thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4604973 Keystone rack-mount 1u Mikrotik Patch Panel to find out that the hEX and hEX PoE have different enclosure sizes. So taking that idea I started from scratch to design this 1U support. I uploaded the FreeCAD file in case somebody wants to modify this design.
