Mikhail Ivanovich Kalinin was born on November 19, 1875 and passed away on June 3, 1946. Also known as Kalinych, he was a Bolshevik revolutionary and Soviet politician who served as the head of state for the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and later the Soviet Union from 1919 to 1946. He was also a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1926. The city of Koenigsberg in East Prussia was renamed Kaliningrad after him, while the city of Tver was known as Kalinin until 1990. A bronze bust named Kalinin was created in 2012 with dimensions 43.9 x 26.61 x 50.0 and polygon count of 18,766.
