Rock Climbing Hold Thingiverse

Rock Climbing Hold

Thingiverse rDrohan1 Free 3D Printable

Here's a climbing hold for indoor use made in Fusion360. The holes will take 2-inch wood screws. This is so you don't need t-nuts and 3/8 inch bolts to mount it.It can be used as different holds depending on how you mount it. Jug, double pinch, crimp, and even a bit of a slopper or undercut if you try hard enough. ATTENTIONPlease use this hold responsibly.I suggest using this to make a mold and then cast it with a resin-sand mix or urethane like they do with real holds. If you are going to climb with this hold right off the printer, make sure you print with many walls and a very strong infill. The last thing you want on a climbing wall is a weak, unsafe hold. With that said, have fun with it and please post pictures of any prints. Thanks!
