MightyMouse (My interpretation of Neato Pipsqueak)
thingiverse
This is my take on the Neato Frames Pipsqueak, a tribute rather than a replacement. I'm hoping they start selling these again soon, as carbon fiber would be significantly stronger than filament. If you're interested in the frame, you can purchase one from their website at http://www.neatoframes.com/product/pipsqueak/. For high-quality versions of the latest 3D files, check out https://www.classifiedfpv.com. That said, my design is not an exact replica, as I've made some modifications. There are two base plate styles: one flat like carbon fiber but with a lot of flex, and another reinforced for added firmness when flying 3D prints. The latter flies great, and I recommend using the latest revision. Apply loctite, glue, or sealant to motor mount screws to prevent them from backing out. The base plate slots are designed for a 20x20 stack, with space to fit a thin battery strap. The top slots can accommodate a top battery in a toilet bowl configuration or even a camera. The square cutouts enable camera tilt, while the diagonal slots provide cooling and access to buttons on bottom-mounted components. The skirt is an improved design, rebuilt to match the top and bottom plates, with added thickness and support for TPU prints. You may need to trim the area above the camera for full up-tilt. The posts and camera fasteners hold everything in place, even if you cut away the excess material.
