Sick of fiddling with your computer monitor's height? Tired of using old books to get it just right? You can finally put those books back on the shelf, and clear up some desk space! Introducing the Mighty Stand, a rugged and customizable 3D printed monitor stand that will be all you'll ever need. The base stands at a standard 40 mm tall and measures 190 mm by 140 mm (7.5 by 5.5 inches) on top. The overall size of the stand is 210 mm by 160 mm (8.25 by 6.3 inches). Don't worry if your printer is smaller - I've got you covered! I've uploaded a compact version that measures just 190 mm by 160 mm, perfect for those with limited print space. To make printing possible on even the smallest printers, I've also included a split version of the base in two pieces. Each piece measures 160 mm by 110 mm, making it easy to fit into even the tightest spaces. Customize your stand's height to perfection using one of three available blocks: 40 mm, 20 mm, or 10 mm. To save you time and effort, I've added support material into the model. To ensure a solid base, I've included feet that cap off the bottom slots of the stand. Choose between a smaller square cap for small heights or a round cap for taller heights - both have slits to make removal easy with a flat screwdriver if needed. Before assembling your stand, take a moment to measure the height you'd like and print out all the necessary parts. Assemble last just in case some of the blocks are tricky to separate. If the pieces fit too tightly, simply trim off a bit of the male extrusion piece until it has a snug fit. Remember to check that everything fits perfectly before using your stand - I designed it to be a snug fit, but every printer is different and tolerances can vary. To prevent slipping, I've included a microfiber cloth between the stand and monitor base. Print Settings: Printer: FlexMendel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 300 microns Infill: 30% Notes: Printed with 5 perimeters, 3 solid top/bottom layers, and 30% infill (at a minimum). Print time is approximately 6 hours at 60 mm/s for the base. Additional print time will vary depending on how many blocks you choose to print - expect anywhere from 1-5 hours of extra printing time.
