Migbot Prusa i3 E3D v6/Lite6 Direct Drive Mount

I use E3D Lite6s on my Migbots, but they're cobbled and mounted together with existing parts. They work fine, but I wanted something that would be a comprehensive solution to mount the existing Direct Drive setup I have. This is what I came up with. The extruder's guide at the bottom has been cut off, allowing the PTFE tube to run directly under the gears just below. This design is intended to attach onto the existing X axis carriage and replace the standard MK8 setup completely. If you're looking for a Bowden setup, check my other mount at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1790092. Update 21/01/2016 The Large Plate holder and Sensor mount have been strengthened to add more rigidity. I got tired of breaking plates and sensor mounts while configuring my third Migbot. Update 08/06/2016 SCAD for the Top version has been uploaded. Keep in mind that this was designed specifically for my use only, so the formatting and flow of the file is not perfect at all. Update 10/02/2016 It's come to my attention that it's not possible to use the mount with a Migbot without auto level capability, so I've moved the mount to the top and added more strength. This should allow for use on a Migbot without an auto level sensor using the standard short sensor. This setup has not been tested yet, but it should work just fine. The v2 Large plate clamp is still compatible with this design. Update 01/03/2016 Having put the top mount on one of my Migbots, I noticed that the stock sensor mount was too low and kept crashing into the bed when trying to get the Z offset right. So I modified it to allow more movement for setting the correct offset. Print Settings: Printer: Migbot Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: The large plate mount works better when facing upwards with the clamp hole that way, and it also adds support for Stepper motor lugs. This enhances strength as the layers go in opposite directions if the nozzle crashes into the build plate.
