The MIG-23 Flogger B model is a comprehensive replacement for our 2005 MIG-23 version, meticulously rebuilt from scratch using newly acquired resources. The model boasts impressive accuracy, being built near scale to the actual aircraft's dimensions and featuring intricate detailing. It includes an elaborate exterior with engine exhaust and afterburner sections, a highly detailed cockpit, and various animatable features like variable-geometry wings, flaps, flaperons, stabilizers, rudder, wheels, landing gear, opening canopy, and more. This model is available in multiple formats and is textured with high-quality maps and materials. The MiG-23 Flogger, developed in the '60s, was a significant advancement over its predecessor, the MiG-21. It boasted enhanced payload, range, firepower, and beyond visual range intercept capability due to advanced onboard sensors. This was the first mass-produced version of the MiG-23 and marked the debut of look-down/shoot-down capabilities in VVS fighters. Its innovative swing-wing design featured leading-edge slats. The MiG-23 served as the Soviet Air Force's top aggressor aircraft from the late '70s to the late '80s, but was eventually phased out of front-line service by 1999. Today, it remains in service with reserve and training units, as well as export customers worldwide.
