Miele S771 Bag RetainerThis is a bag retainer for a Miele vacuum cleaner, specifically designed for the S771 model but can be adapted to fit other brands and types with minor modifications to its geometry. The bag holder slot is more versatile than the base plate that fits the Miele S771's slot. I couldn't find this part as a spare online because most parts are available for Miele vacuum cleaners, but not this particular one - my mom threw it away accidentally when she pulled out the bag, rendering her Miele S771 useless. The original bag retainer is easily mistaken for the dust bag itself and often gets thrown away with it. I created this part to help others avoid the same mistake. Here are the 3D printing settings used: Material - white Polycarbonate (Polymaker PC-MAX), Printing temperature - 265°, Bed temperature - 90°, Print speed - 30-70 mm/sec, and Bed surface material - glass covered with waterproof white wood glue (Bison) fully hardened and dried. To use this part, first slide it into the retainer slot of your Miele S711 ("Parquet Special") vacuum cleaner and push it down firmly until it clicks into position. Then insert the dust bag into the retainer slot and push until you feel a click - the bag will be securely in place. Closing the lid of the Miele S771 will snugly wrap the rubber sealing ring around the hose-mouth-piece. Removing the bag is simple - just pull it out with some force, but be careful not to remove the retainer from the machine this time!
