Conduit Adapter and Cover Plate for DC Breaker Panel Box. Print Settings: Printer: ORD Bot Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 20% Notes: Print in PLA or ABS Post-Printing: The Midnite Solar DC power breaker panel boasts a large conduit knock-out on its underside, accommodating two sizes (1" and 1.25"). When removing this hole, extreme caution is necessary to avoid losing the 1.25" knock-out. An adapter solution exists for this large hole. An OpenScad file is included for customization. Edit as needed. This project generates two distinct objects: an adapter ring for 1" conduit a cover plate to conceal the knock-out in the breaker box's bottom Edit the OUTPUT= variable at the top of the scad file to select which version you wish to export. Included STL files are compiled for: adapter ring (for 1" conduit strain relief) cover plate (for #4 screw) All parts (adapter + cover plate) Read comments in the top of the scad file for full details. Insert the adapter into the bottom knock-out of the breaker box, then install the conduit coupler or threaded strain relief through the adapter.
