This is a custom-built synthesizer panel designed specifically for the Midimuso CV 12 kit, available at http://midimuso.co.uk/index.php/cv-12. Note that the images provided show an additional switch located on the top left of the panel, which has been added as part of a modification made to the original CV12 interface. The DIN connector used for this modification is depicted in separate photographs for reference purposes.
