MIDI filter

thingiverse

This compact enclosure houses a MIDI filter, boasting Din-5 MIDI "in" and "out" connectors on either side for seamless connectivity. A Teensy LC microcontroller board expertly filters the MIDI signal, ensuring precise control over audio streams. A note-worthy consideration: the 5V MIDI output proved insufficient to power the Teensy due to excessive voltage drop from the Arturia Keystep's high output impedance. To address this limitation, a revised design will be developed, featuring the exposed micro-USB connector of the Teensy for dedicated power supply.
