For the end project I am envisioning a series of specialized and unique bong pieces/percs available that fit right into existing home bong configurations that can be printed out by any small space, home use, 3D printer. Printer Settings Printer: MOD-t Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 15% Notes: No supports needed as the whole design was thought of from the ground up with a 3D printer in mind. Anything above 20% infill is overkill IMO. For sizing, the model was made with a model height of 125 mm. - If you just keep scaling uniform and adjust then it should be the proper size. - Keeping in mind the bottom is not as long as it should be and does not fit very well. Post-Printing How the final product looks sheathed inside its apparatus Final Thoughts: After a very meticulous test of the final product, it's clear that the proof of concept works although sloppily and can hold water and function as a regular percolator. However, this version's bottom does not fit well and there is some air that leaks. More precise measurements will prevent this in the future. Now it's on to many many measurements and thoughts on redesigns and how to slim the design out to save on plastic and time costs.
