Human: Middle case layer for Contra keyboard designed to fit snugly between bottom and PCB layers of case. Measuring 7.94mm in height, it slips effortlessly into place. Originally intended to diffuse LED underglow, this part also provides crucial support to the PCB layer around the edge of the keyboard. By doing so, it prevents unwanted bowing or bending in the middle of the board, resulting in a more solid overall feel. Key design features include: - A low section in the middle support bar that allows an LED strip to be mounted along the length of the keyboard. - Small channels on the top side of the part enable it to sit flush against the PCB and avoid solder joints altogether.
