Midcentury Modern Table / Wall Clock

Mid-century modern wall clocks that can be printed as a freestanding or wall-mount unit are available. Numbers and main components were printed using wood PLA and then stained with a rich walnut-colored wood finish. Clock hands were printed in PLA and coated with a durable chrome spray paint for a sleek look. There are three configurations to choose from, each designed to meet unique needs and styles. To print the wall mount configuration, you will need to print one of each of the following parts: wall_mount.stl minute_hand.stl hour_hand.stl 3.stl 9.stl For the freestanding clock with a one-piece base, print one of each of the following parts: freestanding_full.stl minute_hand.stl hour_hand.stl 3.stl 9.stl If you prefer a two-piece base for your freestanding clock, print the following parts: base_face.stl base_foot.stl minute_hand.stl hour_hand.stl 3.stl 9.stl After printing and cleaning all parts, sand the wood pieces to your desired finish and stain them to match your preferred color. The hands and holes in the clock may require drilling out to fit the corresponding parts on the clock mechanism. Spray paint the hands with a metallic finish for a polished look. If using the two-piece base, glue the two parts together before staining. You will also need to attach the numerals to their designated places. Mount the clock mechanism to the clock using the hardware provided. I used this specific mechanism: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AG272IE
