Mid Century couch and sofa

The couch is part of the popular furniture culture of the mid century where seating would be on close to the ground type platforms. A 10 by 10 ft. platform with it being abou2-3 ft wide. Platform is made out of oak and the cushions are white cotton. The love seat is more geometrical and was made by making the rounded smile shape platform and extruding it by 30 inches. I used offset entities and filler to get the right shape. For the legs in the front I made a sketch on a offset plane of triangle lake figure with rounded angles. Unlike most of midcentury furniture this one has mostly smooth lines and curved edges. I extended that midway for 3 inches. For the back legs I just extruded 2 circles from the bottom with the angle feature of 9 degrees.
